Following the "L’Alyana Senses World Premiere Ceremony - Rediscovering the original life" was held in Ho Chi Minh City in December 2019, on January 6th, 2020, the Investor Saigon Sovico Phu Quoc (SSP) and Developer Phu Long organized the opening of showroom office area right on the project's land on Phu Quoc Pearl Island. 

The showroom office area is not only a showroom and a venue for introducing mock-up and project products to customers, but also a working place for employees of Saigon Sovico Phu Quoc Company. This was the first implementation item in SSP's plan to develop L'Alyana Senses World to become a large-scale multi-experience complex with unique resorts, entertainment, and health care; bring emotions; and awaken the five senses so that people could rediscovery and enjoy the original values. 

L'Alyana Senses World, invested by Saigon Sovico Phu Quoc Company, is a sustainable joint venture of two leading economic groups in Vietnam: Phu Long Real Estate Joint Stock Company, a member of Sovico Group and General Saigon Tourist Company (Saigon Tourist). With the potential and experience of two leading corporations in the field of real estate, resort and tourism, L'Alyana Senses World will soon complete the construction and put into operation, contributing to increasing the attractiveness for tourism industry of Phu Quoc pearl island in particular and Vietnam tourism in general.
