  • Phu Long was established on April 11, 2005, and is also the developer of the Dragon City urban area in Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City.

2005

2007 – 2008

  • Phu Long announced the Dragon City urban area in South Saigon.
    Announced the Kim Long Luxury Villas area and the Ngan Long Commerical Townhouses.
  • The PV Gas Tower was inaugurated—an architectural masterpiece and modern landmark of the Dragon City urban area.

2011

2012 – 2016

  • The construction of the Dragon Parc 1 & 2 duplex villa areas has been completed.
  • The Dragon Hill Residence & Suites twin towers feature the most distinctive sky bridge in Saigon.
  • Expanding and developing major projects in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Nha Trang, and Phu Quoc.

2018

  • Successfully completed M&A for projects in the northern region, such as the Splendora urban area and the Rose Valley new urban area.
  • Announced and successfully launched the Dragon Village urban area.
  • Strategic partnership with Keppel Land to develop high-end real estate projects such as the Celesta City urban area.
  • Introduced the L’Alyana Senses World Resort Phu Quoc.

2020

  • Inaugurated the Menas Mall shopping center.
  • Successfully completed M&A for the Mailand Hoang Dong – Lang Son.
  • Organized the Home Hanoi Xuan in collaboration with Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and UNESCO.

2021

2021

  • Introduced the Mailand Hanoi City urban area and the Essensisia Splendora luxury apartment complex.
  • Launched the Essensia Sky project.
  • Held the 2022 Flower Festival.
  • The Lang Son Peach Blossom Festival 2023.
  • Inaugurated the Victoria Nam Saigon School—the first school in Vietnam following UNESCO’s “Happy School” model.

  • Launched the Victoria Mailand Hoang Dong bilingual international kindergarten.
  • Inaugurated the Victoria School – Riverside International Bilingual Campus.
  • Celebrated the 20th Anniversary of Phú Long Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
  • Broke ground on the Essensia Parkway & Essensia Broadway.

  • Broke ground on the Dragon E-Home next-generation social housing project.
  • Completed the 220kV Nha Be – Tao Dan underground power line.
