From November 29 to December 3, 2024, the “Hanoi Agricultural Products and Handicraft Village Festival 2024” was held at Mailand Hanoi City, bringing a vibrant space for cultural and economic exchange.

The delegates participated in the opening ceremony of the 3rd Hanoi Agricultural Products and Handicraft Village Festival 2024.

Through this Festival, Hanoi’s agricultural sector aims to present a comprehensive picture of its proud achievements, ranging from high-quality agricultural products to modern high-tech farming models. The event also reinforces the sector’s vital role in the sustainable development of the capital city.

On behalf of the Party and the State, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, presented the First-Class Labor Order, awarded by the President of Vietnam, to the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

With its large scale and profound significance, the “Hanoi Agricultural Products and Handicraft Village Festival 2024” not only serves as an opportunity to promote local products and honor traditional values, but also opens up new avenues for connection among producers, businesses, and consumers. This, in turn, fosters economic growth and development in Hanoi’s agriculture and rural sectors.

The “Hanoi Agricultural Products and Handicraft Village Festival 2024” opened with a vibrant art performance honoring the agricultural sector, the capital city, and the homeland of Vietnam.

This year’s festival features a wide array of engaging and diverse activities, including dedicated exhibition areas showcasing outstanding agricultural products, traditional craft villages, high-tech agricultural models, ornamental plants, cuisine, and souvenir gifts. In addition, traditional art performances, ao dai (Vietnamese long dress) fashion shows, and live demonstrations by master artisans from craft villages offer thousands of visitors a rich and immersive cultural experience.
Now in its third consecutive edition, the festival has built a strong reputation within the industry, attracting over 260 participating units, including 152 units from 25 districts, towns, and communes across Hanoi, and 116 units from 25 other provinces and cities. The event also welcomed 32 domestic and international businesses, creating a dynamic platform for cultural exchange and broad product promotion.

The “Mailand Hanoi City – Creative City” pavilion was uniquely designed, offering an impressive experiential space featuring an exhibition of Home Hanoi Spring Flower Street images and a model of organic vegetable cultivation.

In particular, Phu Long’s “Mailand Hanoi City – Creative City” pavilion captivated visitors with a visually striking showcase of Home Hanoi Spring Flower Street across the years. Using environmentally friendly materials and creative design, the pavilion subtly reflected the cultural essence of Hanoi through iconic flowers and exquisite handcrafted items from traditional craft villages.
Visitors also had the opportunity to explore an organic vegetable garden model developed by Mailand Hanoi City residents, exemplifying a green, sustainable lifestyle and a deep connection with nature.

Mailand Hanoi City has been pioneering the creation of creative spaces with culture placed at the heart of development. It has become a familiar destination for large-scale cultural and economic events, truly embodying its role as the “Creative City” of Western Hanoi.

Coming soon, from January 21 to February 2, 2025, the annual Home Hanoi Spring Festival will return under the theme “The Harmony of Tet”, presenting a symphony that blends traditional folk elements with a touch of modernity to welcome the Lunar New Year. A variety of traditional-meets-contemporary activities will take place along the Pont de Long Bien pedestrian street, including art performances, games and workshops, fairs, and exhibitions—promising memorable experiences for festival-goers.
Strategically located at the western gateway of Hanoi—one of the capital’s most dynamic development corridors—Mailand Hanoi City is envisioned as “the land of tomorrow,” a creative city of urban planning, architectural innovation, and cultural identity, developed in collaboration with UNESCO and UN-Habitat.
Guided by a human-centered development philosophy, Mailand Hanoi City has emerged as a model urban area, fulfilling both residential and career aspirations. It is increasingly recognized as a cultural and creative hub—not only for the western districts but also for Hanoi as a whole.
