CBRE AND ITS RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE 2019 REAL ESTATE MARKET

In the afternoon of January 16, 2019, at the Office of Phu Long Real Estate, CBRE Vietnam Real estate Consultant had a presentation about Vietnam real estate market in 2018 and forecast the prospects of real estate market in 2019.

According to CBRE, although the real estate market in 2018 has been volatile, it still maintained a stable growth rate with no ‘bubble’. In the beginning of 2019, in spite of the decrease in project supply, residential products and the amount of transactions in addition to the irrational developments caused by the impact of a series of policies such as the shelved special economic zone bill or the National Bank’s constricted credit policy on real estate, but overall, 2019 still has the ability to recover and grow.

According to CBRE, the real estate market in 2018 was volatile but still maintained a stable growth rate.
