Topping-out ceremony of Celesta Rise project

The ceremony was honored by the presence of distinguished guests, including Mr. Joseph Low, President of Real Estate, Keppel Vietnam; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, Founding Chairman, Sovico Group; Mr. Phung Chu Cuong, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Phu Loc Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (the joint venture company of Celesta Rise); Mr. Alvin Lee, General Director of Phu Loc Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company; Mr. Le Viet Hai, Chairman of Hoa Binh Construction Group; along with consultants, subcontractors, official agencies, and staff members from all parties involved.

Witnessing the steady progress of Celesta Rise, Mr. Alvin Lee, General Director of Phu Loc Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, shared: “Today, after tremendous efforts, we have reached the highest point—the roof of the project—marking an important milestone for Celesta Rise and realizing the vision of a vibrant community thriving in the heart of South Saigon.”

Celesta Rise is located within the 6.2-hectare CELESTA Urban Area. It is a key project situated on the strategic Nguyen Huu Tho arterial road, Nha Be. More importantly, CELESTA Urban Area is the first collaborative project between Keppel—a global asset management and operating enterprise—and Phu Long—a renowned real estate developer recognized for green and sustainable developments.

Celesta Rise, spanning 2.8 hectares, is the first phase of the CELESTA Urban Area and comprises 923 premium apartments. The project offers a wide range of amenities catering to residents of all ages, aiming to redefine modern living standards and inspire a refreshed daily life for its future community.

The project is expected to be handed over in the third quarter of 2024.
