Blossom Festival 2023 create multiple highlights at Lang Son

The Lang Peach Blossom Festival, which begins on January 15 and takes place after more than a month of planning, brings tens of thousands of tourists and the vivid pink color of the 2023 Lunar New Year to Lang Son’s borderlands.

The Peach Blossom Festival is being hosted in Lang for the fifth time with the intention of introducing and promoting the image of peach blossoms and making the occasion an annual cultural and tourism activity of the area. The festival this year has the theme “Ky Hoa Xu Lang – Sac Mau Bien Cuong” and was hosted in Mailand Hoang Dong urban area for the first time.

The 2023 Peach Blossom Festival attracts nearly 10,000 visitors to visit and experience. At the opening ceremony, the event also had the presence of many famous artists, taking visitors through all levels of emotions with traditional and modern dance performances with a spring sound.

Experiencing peach garden brings together 1,500 peach roots, including a variety of indigenous precious varieties: peach blossom, peach blossom, bell peach, Mau Son peach, etc., impressing a large number of visitors. Within the framework of the festival, the “Beautiful Peach Garden 2023” contest gathered 15 gardeners with 45 beautiful peach trees from individuals and units registered to participate in the competition.

2023 is also the first year the festival is held a contest “Peach painting in Lang” for students. With a total of 1,674 works registered to participate in the competition, at the final round, the organizers judged and selected 60 beautiful, aesthetic and artistic works to display at the festival’s space. . In which, 34 excellent works won prizes according to the contest rules.

Especially, in harmony with the atmosphere to welcome the new year, Mailand Hoang Dong urban area – where the first and largest water music project in Lang Son city is located – also entertains visitors with many special art performances. Put into operation from December 2022, invested and designed according to modern European technology and capable of creating a water column up to 32 m high, the project quickly becomes a unique check-in point for visitors. party trip.

Many visitors from Hanoi to Lang Son were not surprised by the scale of the event. Actress Tran Van shared: “If Japan is considered a land of cherry blossoms, Lang Son is indeed the land of peach blossoms of Vietnam. Coming here, I was attracted by the performance of water music, as well as many stalls to enjoy food and experience cultural activities with regional identity.

More than 50 stalls at the Tet fair “Doanh Tran Ky Hoa” ​​are the convergence of delicious dishes and rare specialties of Lang. In addition, the event also dedicated an area to display more than 20 media publications and organize many experience activities bearing the imprint of the border land.

With Ms. Le Hoa and Mr. Duong Toan (Hanoi), participating in the Lang Peach Blossom Festival 2023, both took the opportunity to take a unique set of check-in photos with elaborately decorated miniatures at the Mailand Hoang Dong urban area.

The heat of the peach blossom festival lasted through the entire Lunar New Year with a street dance competition taking place on “Pink Day” April 2. Besides famous DJs and artists such as Ha Duc Tam, Ha Thuong, Trang Kem, etc., the program also had the participation of 14 talented dance groups with impressive performances.

Through many years of organization, the peach blossom festival in Lang has become a typical, outstanding and unique cultural-tourism activity.
