OKR Training Course for Management Staff at Phu Long

On March 9th, 2021, Phu Long Real Estate Joint Stock Company held a training session on: “Effective Work Management through OKR” for management staff, which covered the following topics:
– Goal-oriented management thinking
– Efficient work management thinking
– Applying OKR in management activities

OKR is the most accurate measure to help managers set goals, outline concrete steps in shaping and developing strategies. Today, OKR is a highly effective method that is increasingly being applied by many organizations and businesses into their human resources operations and business management models. Depending on the size and maturity of each business, human resource managers need to adapt the application in a way that best suits the organization to achieve the highest efficiency.
